The door is heavy, the opener hums, the remote is dead. Whatever it is, say it in your own words and we translate it into a plan.

Keeping the weather on the outside.
A garage door is the largest moving object in most homes, and the springs that lift it are set to carry its full weight. That fact shapes how we work. Every spring, cable and drum is handled with winding bars, clamps and the patience the job deserves, and the door is always secured before tension is touched. We measure before we adjust and test the travel afterwards, from the floor to the fully open position. Customers tell us they appreciate knowing the sequence in advance, so we walk through it at the start of every visit. Careful is not slow; it is simply how a heavy door should be treated.

Springs and cables are under a great deal of tension, and the proper way to handle them is well understood: the right winding bars, the door clamped, the tension released in steps. That care is simply how the job is done.

Step 1 of 5
Describe the property, the hardware and what has changed, and the visit starts from what you have seen.

Step 2 of 5
The door is heavy, the opener hums, the remote is dead. Whatever it is, say it in your own words and we translate it into a plan.

Step 3 of 5
You will know what is worn, why it failed and what the options are before a single bolt is turned. Questions are welcome at every step.

Step 4 of 5
Drop cloths where needed, old parts bagged, floor swept. We leave the space as we found it, only with a working door.

Step 5 of 5
If a repair will do, we say so. If a replacement makes more sense, we explain why and let you decide.
